Meet Dr. Padma — Emotional Regulation & Mindset Coach

My journey into this work began with loss. Quiet grief, fear, and unspoken sadness shaped how I moved through life. On the outside, I stayed functional and composed; on the inside, I carried emotions I didn’t know how to express.

I learned to survive, not to feel — until I reached my own breaking point. That moment changed everything.

Through emotional regulation, breathwork, somatic awareness, inner child healing, and mindset work, I didn’t erase my pain. I learned to hold it differently — with awareness, compassion, and inner strength.

I didn’t become someone new. I became myself: grounded, present, and resilient.

At Re-You, I hold space for those who are tired of holding everything together. This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to feel safely, regulate gently, and return to who you are beneath it all.

My Philosophy

Healing is not about fixing — it’s about returning to yourself.

At Re-You, it starts with emotional regulation: noticing how emotions arise, feel in the body, and learning to respond with awareness instead of overwhelm. When your nervous system feels safe, clarity follows.

Through gentle breathwork, somatic awareness, mindset shifts, and inner child work, old patterns soften and what no longer serves you can be released — not to relive the past, but to free the present.
